The PEAL Center has supported families and professionals across Pennsylvania since 2005. As a parent-led, nonprofit organization, PEAL helps families of children with disabilities and special health care needs (birth–26) understand their rights and advocate for inclusion, quality education, and access to services.

Diane Perry has over 20 years of experience in education, advocacy, and family leadership. She is currently the Eastern Pennsylvania Regional Program Manager at the PEAL Center, where she supports families throughout Philadelphia and the surrounding counties. Diane also serves on Pennsylvania’s State Special Education Advisory Panel (SEAP) and is a dedicated advocate, inspired by her son David, who received special education services and now leads an inclusive, self-advocating life.
